Checks and other items often need to be endorsed with the Bank's logo or with graphic characters and, possibly, the customer's signature. A one line ink jet is not up to the task when these requirements are present. The possibility to print a high resolution text on up to 4 lines offers a true value.


With the 4 line text printing capability the My Vision X AGP is a multi-purpose teller device extending its application scope beyond the traditional items image capture function. The area and the content of the endorsed information is  significantly expanded, compared against the one line ink jet and provides application flexibility.

Single documents can be printed each with a different graphic logo or multi-line text (or intermixed). Any windows character is printable by the My Vision X AGP providing a totally unrestricted printing capability. These new functions maintain all the other standard My Vision X performance features and functions unchanged.




A Large Printing Area

The Panini AGP Ink Jet prints graphically on a 12,5 mm (1/2 inch) height and for the full document length at a 200 x 200 dpi resolution. The wide printing area together with the impressive printing resolution allow for the use of the traditional rear endorsement function as a high quality tool to insert signatures, complex logos, OCR and barcodes.

Interfacing the new AGP Ink Jet printer with Panini Vision API is straightforward, the printing content can be tailored for every document.
A text can be printed from any available Windows font and Windows monochrome bitmap can be mixed in any order in the same document allowing a very flexible definition of the information to be endorsed on the document.

Intensive printing

The Panini My Vision X AGP sports a very large capacity cartridge lasting for an impressive number of printed characters and each one printed with outstanding resolution. This means the capability for the operator to process and endorse a very large number of items without having to replace the ink jet's cartridge.

A Wide Range of Applications

The high quality graphic printer extends the range of possible applications of a traditional check scanner with signature printing, corporate logos printing, OCR and barcode printable characters which can be subsequently recognized by optical engines.

Additionally AGP Ink Jet printing is captured by the rear image scanner for archiving purposes. Here follow a few examples:

# corporate capture device – endorsing the checks with the company's logo and data
# multiple endorser solution – for checks who need to be presented more than once
# true receipt printer - printing the transaction's receipt at the end of the processing
# intensive printing device – cartridge lasting much longer with higher quality
# signature, corporate logos and multiline printer – all possible endorsing needs
# document indexing device – allowing easy further document tracing

The number of possible applications for such a new product development is of course much being the operational flexibility allowed by the solution the real great value of the My Vision X AGP endorser.

The product is available in three processing speeds: 30 DPM, 60 DPM and 90 DPM. Speed is document length independent.
