Building upon the legacy of the 3590C,
Kodak has raised the bar for color scanning even
further with the introduction
of the 4500DP, an 85ppm, duplex (for capturing both
sides of a document in color), production color scanner
with a built-in, front-end, pre-scan Document Imprinter.
The 45000DP is perfect for color applications requiring
imprinting to facilitate indexing, document tracking
and proof of scanning. Now, at the same speed as bi-tonal
scanning, businesses can scan two-sided color documents,
capture watermarks, and utilize the same color functionality
as hard copy documents. Using ISIS and TWAIN drivers,
dual stream (150 dpi color & 200 dpi bi-tonal images)
output can be produced simultaneously. Additional features
bundled with the 4500DP include ISIS and TWAIN Drivers,
along with a demonstration version of Kodak's (MVCS)
Mid Volume Capture Software.
